I just recived my new fringe belt today. I love it! The elastic band is strechey but seems to stay put. Also the white is shimmery which is just what I wanted. The fringe is braided nylon cords. By only concern is that they might dryrot eventualy. But over all I love it, it sways and moves with the smalleset movement.

I had been searching and searching for a white fringe belt and could not find one. They come in all the other colors, but white was more difficult to find.
