    I was going to buy this but the use of the word buns convinced me not to. If the authors cannot describe their anatomy correctly whats the point in reading the book

    I own this workout on DVD and it is completely ridiculous. It serves as a means for humor rather than one of fitness. It looks as if it was done on a very small budget as well. I do not recommend this to anyone, unless you are just looking for a good laugh.

    This is more of a “exercise” dvd

    You learn NO BELLYDANCING MOVES.

    I’m mad I paid $10 for it.

    I’m too lazy to return, but I did not like it.

    I ORDERED THIS DVD,THINKING THAT IT WOULD BE A GOOD WORK OUT.NO SUCH THING,FIRST OF ALL I WOULD LIKE TO HAVE SEEN SOMEONE WHO HAVE FLAT ABS,2nd.SOMEONE SHOULD HAVE THOUGHT THAT MAYBE WE ALL CAN NOT WORK
