  1. Bought these shoes for my daughter when she started Ballroom dancing. She has recieced many complements on the shoes. She enjoys the comfort.

  2. I loved these shoes and would have kept them but the 2.5 inch heel was just too high for my size 5 feet. They looked great, fit snugly around my feet and the easy-buckle feature is a must for any dancer. I simply cannot balance well enough with the heel height.

I wish they made this style in a 2 or 2.2 inch flared heel for people with smaller feet.

I bought these shoes to wear to a wedding. When I recieved them, I immediately went to try them on and found them to be too narrow for me. I normally wear a size 11, but I would require an 11W in these shoes.

Also if you are looking for a comfortable pair of heels the footbed in the heel area should be almost flat, which would keep toes from being forced forward in the shoe and keep too much weight on the ball of the foot. These seemed to be too slanted to be comfortable, but again the shoe was too narrow so that may have played a part in the assessment of that area of the shoe as well.

Overall, these shoes are pretty and the heel seems sturdy while the velvety sole in front is great to allow you to slide around on the dance floor. Just be aware that you may need a slightly different size than you are used to wearing.

These are killer cute shoes, beautiful and VERY flexible, and I can’t wait to wear them – once I order the correct size!

Most of my dance shoes – ballet, character, tap, dance sneakers are by Capezio, and they make a consistently good product. However – Capezio is not consistent with their sizing. My street size is between a 6 and a 6.5 (closer to a six, but I have long toes) – and normally, I wear a six in dance shoes.

I ordered the 6.5 in this shoe, and they were almost *perfect*, but my second toe hung just over the edge. So if you have long toes to begin with, and your second toe is longer than your big toe, you might consider ordering 1/2 size larger.

I would give these shoes five full stars, if it weren’t for the sizing inconsistency.
