This is my poor mother Johanna who is being emotionally tortured & abused by wake Forest Baptist Medical Center in Winston-Salem, NC. Johanna had to make a complaint about about a nurse’s aide a couple of wks.ago & we asked to transfer to another hospital. No one helped facilitate her request & unfortunately the hospital retaliated by the next wk. Another nasty nurse-they removed me from the property-I was also taunted by security head Norman Routy that my mother would be told that I would never bring her her favorite music again (a belly dance cd). Here my mother is crying in one clip & in the very next she is happy because “Miserlou” by George Abdo is playing. The music helped her to feel better. The cruelty of the Wake Forest Baptist Medical Center is not even believable! (ALSO, I WAS TOLD BY MEDICARE TODAY THAT YES THEY WOULD HAVE HAD HER TRANSPORTED TO ANOTHER FACILITY SINCE SHE HAD A GRIEVANCE OVER CARE. THERE WAS ALSO A GRIEVANCE OF OVERMEDICATING AND HER KIDNEYS WERE SHUTTING DOWN. I SAVED HER BY REDUCING HER MEDS AT THAT TIME AND SHE WAS BETTER. THEY ARE ALSO GOING TO CLAIM I INTERFERED WITH HER MEDICAL CARE. THIS IS JUST TO RETALIATE OVER THE COMPLAINT OVER THE NURSE’S AIDE.) I don’t have much time to exercise, but I do have some. I don’t want to take any pills for weight loss or anything but I’m not opposed to taking vitamins or anything like that. I just need someone (intellegent) to tell me how I can lose this fat before summer and I would like to go down two sizes. When I get out of school I have more time, so anything will help! PLEASE tell me some things I could do to get my fat down. I took dance until i was 15 so I have a lot of muscle that makes me seem like I have alot of weight, and I’ll never be a 1-3 because of the muscle.

i know this sounds silly but if you have a wii console, the wii fit plus is definitely worth buying. I lost a stone and a half by using that daily and going to my local slimming world (i live in the uk)

i also went running quite often and that really helps improve fitness so you can do more exercise each time. If you want your stomach more toned then sit ups and jack knifes really help.

Also make sure you have a balanced diet, so 3 meals a day and maybe one or two snacks. Try and get your 5-a-day and don’t eat after 7pm.

If you have a high calorie intake in the morning you are likely to burn it off in the daytime, but if you have a high calorie intake in the evening, you on’t burn any of it off as you will be sleeping so it will turn into fat.

Cut out all sugars & starches. No sodas, juices, cookies, candy, cakes, etc. As healthy as fruit may be, it’s natural sugars do not only not promote fat loss, they actually promote fat storage (fructose is the most lipogenic carb).

Make sure half your meals are green non starchy vegs & eat lots of protein & good fats, limit your complex carb portions to no more than your protein portion.

Kso, I’m naturally really skinny/fit ( My whole family is concidered “small” ). But the one problem I have is right below my belly button. My body is skinny and small, then at my belly button it goes out. My mum says it’s called “muffin top,” and that there are excisises for it. I eat one meal a day, and it’s always healthy. I also take dance & gymnastics and I work you to my own whenever I have time.
I’m really self-consious and want to quit all my activites.
It’s even worse when I’m at school. (Not gunna to into detail).
Btw, I’m guna be twelve in a couple months. ^_^
