What is the best dvd to buy to learn how to belly dance?
Lately i’ve decided to learn how to belly dance as i have always done modern hip hop and street dancing and i want to try something new, i was just wondering what is the best dvd to buy which could help me learn how to belly dance from the very beginning. 10 points for the best answer!!

I would personally recommend taking a bellydance class, but since you have a dance background you should be fine with a DVD.
I like any of the Bellydance Superstars’ DVD’s by their many dancers: Ansuya, Petite Jamilla, Jillina, Bozenka, Rachel Brice, Sonia, Rania, Suhaila Salimpour, Amar Gamal, and many others.
Some others I’ve used were by Amira Mor, Cory Zamora, and a few Tribal bellydance dvd’s. They were all good, but since I was taking a class I rarely watched them. I recently did a seminar with Virginia, and she said she has DVD’s coming out soon, although I can’t find any online, so I guess they’re not out yet. She is a fantastic dancer, so I recommend that.
