Where in Egypt can I learn how to belly dance?

I’ve tried dance classes in various gyms but they all depend on memorizing moves and 1 2 3 sort of thing since its more about working out than about the dance itself.. I want somewhere with professional belly dance teachers to teach me all about the dance itself..

Oh and where do you buy an original belly dancing dress? not those kinky ones but the real ones like Samia Gamal ones..
