Question by : Am I fat? And should I quit my activites?
Kso, I’m naturally really skinny/fit ( My whole family is concidered “small” ). But the one problem I have is right below my belly button. My body is skinny and small, then at my belly button it goes out. My mum says it’s called “muffin top,” and that there are excisises for it. I eat one meal a day, and it’s always healthy. I also take dance & gymnastics and I work you to my own whenever I have time.
I’m really self-consious and want to quit all my activites.
It’s even worse when I’m at school. (Not gunna to into detail).
Btw, I’m guna be twelve in a couple months. ^_^

I’m going to be in my first performance with my belly dancing troupe (we’re the half-time show at a roller derby), and I’m not sure how to wear my hair. My hair is brownish-red, past my shoulders a bit, wavy, and thick. Should I just leave it down, straighten it, put it up, or what?

what should i wear for my first belly dancing lesson?

i start next week. I am latina and i can move my hips.
I think learning belly dancing is gonna be so much fun!!

Do I have to show my belly thou? I don’t now what to wear. Shouldn’t I wear something that shows how my belly is moving so the instructor can correct me?

I have over 60 belly dance, salsa pants, tops, belts and skirts for sales in the Atlanta area. I have no idea how to sale these items. Does anyone know how I should start? The sizes range from S, Med, Larger, XL, 2XL and 3XL.

What are the belly dance steps or exercises that one should practice the most?

and are there any GREAT belly dance video’s as well?
(I already have the one’s w/twins belly dance dvd)
anyways I LOVE belly dancing so much, seem to pick up on it fairly quickly, but it IS only my 2nd class. THis instructor allows the whole class to dance as a group together during the summer at fairs and stuff. I wanna be REALLY good at it by that time.
Any helpful suggestions from experienced and/or expert belly dancers out there?

What should I wear to a belly dancing class?

I am taking belly dancing classes to get in shape and to surprise my bf. I assume I do not have to wear the elaborate costume. Can I just get away with regular workout clothes? What kind of shoes should I wear?
